ABOUTDrop in for bubbles

awabar Okinawa is a standing bar for enjoying sparkling wine, the easy way. No cover charge, no reservation needed. Stand at the counter and a conversation starts naturally with whoever is next to you — a little meeting place in Naha, Okinawa.

By the way, the “awa” in our name is not awamori — it’s the bubbles (awa) of champagne and sparkling wine. We’re often mistaken for an awamori bar. But hey, this is Okinawa: awamori is on the menu too. Bubbles and awamori alike — that’s awabar Okinawa.

  • No cover charge

Just one drink is fine. Payment is smart and cashless.

  • Solo drinkers welcome

The standing style makes it easy to walk in on your own.

  • On your Okinawa trip

One minute from Kokusai-dori — the perfect “one more stop” at night.
